Our terms and conditions are intended to form the basis of a good working relationship with you our customer.
- Hardiesmill will receive the order. It will be prepared for you and it will be either ready for collection, courier or Royal Mail, as soon as we are able to do it.
- If we cannot forfill the order, or there is delay in the dispatch at all, we (Hardiesmill) will contact you (the customer) as soon as possible, to discuss.
- You must not resell products purchased from our website
- When you place an order to be dispatched, you are required to provide the delivery address. Please ensure that this is the correct address, we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
- In the unlikely event where circumstances are beyond our control (eg traffic congestion, bad weather, road accidents, strikes, vehicle breakdowns etc), we are unable to accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses that this may cause, though we consider this on a case-by-case basis.
- If for any reason, the goods arrived damaged or not up to standard, please let us know as soon as theyarrived. Taking a photograph of the damaged goods and box and email it to mail@hardiesmill.co.uk, is a good way. Hardiesmill don't take responsiblity for the cooking!
- Hardiesmill do not offer a cooling off period for food products as they are perishable goods. We cannot offer a refund once these products have be cut for you, the customer.
- We at Hardiesmill take a great deal of pride in the products we produce, if for any reason you are not happy with them, then we may at our discretion offer a refurn or a replacement order.
- In the event that Hardiesmill need to cancel an order you will receive a full refund
Hardiesmill does not resell any information to third parties outside the Hardiesmill Group.

If you choose to pay your invoices by credit/debit card your payment information will be passed to our secure payment provider Square.
