Following the retirement of the Crystals, Tombuie Smokehouse lives on at it’s new location at Hardiesmill. We’re using the same recipes & the Crystals are still keeping us straight.

Our range of steaks is the largest in Britain and we also smoke and cure meats on-farm. We won the SCOTLAND Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2008 & exhibited for Scotch Beef at Bocuse d’Or in Lyon 2009.

The Farm / Cattle Sales
